You can select and play photos or videos in our app just like using the “Photos” app – grouped by Years, Moments, Duration, or by different Albums.
Tap a photo in collection view to play it on TV, and swipe to switch between items in current collection.
“Slideshow” will display your photos on TV one by one automatically.
Some TVs play photos very slowly, sometimes slideshow don’t work properly in this case, you can choose a larger interval and try again.
Select “Photo Size” to change the photo size and fit it to your TV screen. If your TV doesn’t support portrait photos and display them rotated, this will also “rotate” the portrait photo and make it appear properly on the TV.
Tap a video in collection view to play it on TV, and swipe to switch between items in current collection.
“Slideshow” will play the videos one by one automatically.
Select “Video Quality” to play videos in different sizes for better quality, but with less network bandwidth, if the video doesn’t play smoothly, you can try using a lower quality.
Enable “Rotate Video” to rotate the portrait videos if your TV doesn’t support them and play them rotated. Please DO NOT enable this if your TV supports portrait videos and play them properly.
Media Control – the Control Panel
Tap the button at the lower right corner of the screen to show/hide the “Control Panel“, which can be used to PLAY, PAUSE or STOP a media, change the player’s volume or progress, also you can see the player’s current status.
The same “Control Panel” are used everywhere in our app to control the media playing.
You can STOP the playing in control panel and replay it if the photo or video can’t be played on your TV successfully.
Some TV DLNA implementations are not good enough, causing iPlayTo doesn’t work properly. This is NOT iPlayTo’s problem but your TV’s.
